LEGADO FAMILIAR” AHONDA EN UNAS RAÍCES Y MISTERIOS CERCANOS
Dramatismo y cercanía. Son los dos ejes con los que arranca la segunda novela de un dúo tan unido como denota el título de la misma: “Legado familiar”.
Lo cierto es que los dos autores, Ángela M. Pretel y Juanjo Beltrán, nos llevan por un complejo dibujo de tramas y sub-tramas, con un hilo argumental que encandila. Es un libro que adhiere. Es como si hubiéramos estado lustros aguardando para leerlo.
Hallamos enigmas, cuestiones por desmenuzar, por examinar, con saltos entre el presente y lo pretérito. Es difícil de definir, pues esta obra alberga una amalgama de géneros que, juntos, nos atraen de manera singular. La debemos leer con tiento: poco a poco se va apoderando de nosotros el anhelo de descubrir más y más.
Nos acordamos lógicamente de su primera novela, “Como dátiles azules”, por los nexos y enumeraciones que se disponen. La riqueza arqueológica en un lugar inesperado (por cierto, como casi siempre suele suceder) nos atrapa. Toda historia que se precie balancea sobre el amor, y ésta no es una excepción.
Cartagena, Murcia y varios lugares de España y del extranjero aparecen documentadamente en un contexto de reseñas temporales y espaciales múltiples. Los diversos narradores contribuyen a dotarla de garbo y verosimilitud, con una ingente trazabilidad y explorando remembranzas y conocimientos.
Pese a deleitarnos un narrador omnisciente tenemos la impresión de que queda mucho por plantearse y por revelarse, y todo ello en una atmósfera muy creíble y que nos da confianza para continuar el relato de principio a fin.
Además de entretenernos, es una historia, o un conjunto de periplos, que nos colman de sapiencia y de alusiones tan reales como la vida misma. Aquí se vertebra uno de sus estandartes.
Lo que acontece en mitad de todo ello es arte, el que proviene de estos escritores noveles, marido y mujer, que ya no lo son tanto. Me refiero al hecho de que ya no son unos advenedizos, puesto que demuestran bastante habilidad, y algo más, que les invito a palpar con una delicada lectura. ¡Qué aproveche!
